Does someone know a university in the United States without tuition fees?
Answer
For most, if not all of the schools in the lists in the links I give below, a student will still need money for housing/meals (room and board), books/class supplies, transportation, all your on-going personal expenses.
Any student who is not a US citizen or permanent resident (green card holder), meaning an International Student, would also need to obtain a US Student Visa and provide written documentation that he/she has enough money to pay for his/her housing, meals, books/class suplies, and personal expenses during the full time he/she would be living in the USA and enrolled in the school.

hi
im 34yo art teacher and civil engineer student in NYC. Last year was the roughest part of my life.
My gf was busy socializing with other men aka friends, while I was home with her daughter who I love and raised since she was 16mon. Now my lil girl is 3yo.
I was pushed where into a deeper depression when she neglected me and focus her attention on her 50yo best friend who is a male. It felt neglected where Bella and I wondered where's mommy?
She made up all the excuses for not coming home, eventhough I did not cheat on her.
On december 20 2012 the day of our lil girl christmas show at daycare...I knew she was planning to spend time with the 50yo friend...eventhough she knew I didnt like him, he always calls, wants this and eventhough borrow her laptop and he drives a 2012 jaguar to show off to my gf at the time.
I overdosed on 45 ambien pills to kill myself.
It's been 5 months since that day...I struggle ...during that span ...I was in the pysch ward
Ive seen numerous therapist and seen my regular pyschistrist who doesnt care except shove drugs in my friends and still prescribe ambien to me...
I even have the NYPD look for me during that period b/c the school where I taught at saw my suicide video on youtube that I posted on the night my gf didnt care about only her friend(s)
Right now everyone I see in the professional claims I need meds, despite I expressed when I was ungrad at NYU studying pharmacy...I got through it with good therapy.
Yet Im being shove drugs, 5 weeks ago I was taking wellbutrin SR made me emotional where I had 6 police officers escorting me to the hospital.
I met this amazing NP she told me striaght out you dont need meds, just focus on your art, dont search why it happen.
Right now I struggle alone...My 2 best friends are married dealing with wives issues...plus a newborn
I feel alone and lost! Please help!!!

You might benefit from a support group like Emotions Anonymous. You might want to look for a new therapist and do couples counseling with your girlfriend. It sounds like the two of you are on different paths right now. Also, suicide is not the answer. Think of what it would do to your little girl.
You may also want to. Check out a new psychiatrist to see if there isn't some better medication for you. Until you are stable, you may want to stay on medication. Posting suicide videos on YouTube could cost you your job. Please take care,of,yourself.
