HELP!!! laptop/tablet needed!!!?

. Im looking to buy a new laptop or tablet..i was looking into tablets sice their light and portable, but havnt found one(if there is any) with microsoft word installed....im a college student, so these requirments are crucial...please help

requirments:
1. HAS TO HAVE MICROSOFT WORD INSTALLED!!!
2. no bigger than 14"
3.has to be wifi capatible
4.needs to be under $400
5.needs to be new
6. cute and stylish is a plus***

You won't find a tablet with Word installed, unless it is a Windows based tablet and these are harder to find. Also, the Windows based tablets are quite expensive costing as much a good laptop. Most tablets are going to be running either IOS5(Apple), or Android. Since you are a college student and are probably going to need something Windows based and with a little more power than a tablet, I would recommend a good laptop. Unless you are an engineering student that is going to be running CAD/CAM type software, you will not need anything more than an Intel Core i3, AMD E-series,or AMD A-4. If running CAD, then you would need at least i5 or A-8. Here are some to consider that can be found at Best Buy. Unfortunately something 14" or less is going to cost more than $400.

What is a good Laptop for a student for $400 or under?

My POS HP that I have had for only 2 years is on its last leg! Battery needs replaced, I have sent it back to HP twice because it Crashed twice a year of owning it! So I am sucking it up and getting a new one! I have heard good and bad things about all brands, My mom would like me to have a dell because she has had hers for years!
If anyone has any education on Laptops, please help me out
I am a college student, I do not do any gaming, I am a pre-law major so i need something reliable and works with Microsoft office! The new windows would be great! Other then that I do not need anything fancy! Just something that works and is good for College Students!
