I just want to know, because I'll be a freshman college student this upcoming semester and that means i need a portable laptop. Well the HP touchsmart has been getting my attention lately, and i'm really interested in purchasing one soon. Like I want to get it this week, and at office depot it's $799.

Should I wait till August? Would it get any cheaper?

I'm wondering what the best laptops are for college students. I don't want to spend over $500 and want an integrated webcam. I don't really like macs so I don't want to hear those options unless they are absolutely fantastic.
