I am looking for reliability and quality yet something simple at the same time in a laptop for university.

What is the best small laptop to get for university/business work?

I am a university student and i am looking for a small reliable laptop that it is good for uni stuff and i can carry around easily. nothing to expensive

For business you want a Windows PC with MS Office. You will use Excel a lot. The more memory the better. A big spreadsheet sucks up a lot of memory (RAM).
Having just sent two kids through college, the lesson we learned was to buy the laptop through the university book store. The university purchased laptops have a warranty that covers them while your enrolled in school. That is worth it whatever extra cost you pay.
First child we bought an inexpensive Dell, which we ended up having to ship to Dell to be repaired at one point - she was without her computer for 5-10 days. Not good.
Second child had a big a$$ biology book fall on to her laptop - without the warranty she would have needed to buy a new laptop. Hers was repaired at the book store on campus. What are the odds you will spill something or drop it etc...
Once the parties start, which will happen in the first week on campus, the odds get better and better your laptop will suffer.
